2.5m Concrete Kiosk

Our monoblock concrete transformer and distribution kiosks are such products that perform to the use of space the most convenient way, appropriate for secondary distribution systems up to 36 kV, their switching systems are designed to protect against harsh environmental conditions.

M-BLOK concrete kiosks consist of three parts as below;

1. Roof
2. Shaft
3. Doors and ventilation boards.

Roof :

1. Quality of the concrete is C35 according to TS 500.
2. Substantial at least 2500 N/m² load.
3. It is installed on the shaft in the manner that will be removed.
4. Its class of production is IP23. However, different optional applications can be made.
5. It has a proper slope in order to that no accumulation of snow and rain water on it and water flows easily.

Shaft :

1. The walls and base of the concrete kiosks are monoblock structure.
2. The quality of concrete is C35 according to TS 500.
3. Exterior is painted with silicon-based exterior paint. Different colors options can be used.
4. Thick of the walls is 10 cm.
5. The class of protection is IP23. However, different optional applications can be made.
6. On the internal walls, plastic paint is applied.
7. The parameters such as pressure, moisture, quake, seismic ground motion is calculated taking into account most adverse operating conditions be exposure.
8. At the bottom of the body, the weak-strength side, inlet and outlet of the variety of  direction and amount of cable can be made.
9. Removing points are determined on the four corners for ease of transport.

Doors and ventilation boards:

• Doors and ventilation boards are produced from prepared galvanized sheets and painted with electrostatic powder paint.
• Doors is installed  in the manner that facilitate the procedures and stay at least 120 ° in the open position.
• The  doors closed position are resistant to mechanical stress up to 20 joules both inside and outside.
• The number and sizes of the door and ventilation boards can be changed according to project.
• The doors can be locked from three points. They are appropriate for padlock.
• The class of protection is IP23. However, the optional different applications can be made.

• The small substances are prevented to enter with ventilation boards equipped with wire mesh for the purpose of filtering.

The part of the tank/main is proper to the smallest bending radius of 36 kV 1x240 mm cable. The sizes of the parts of medium voltage transformer and low voltage of the kiosks are designed  in accordance with specifications on-time.  It is proper for operation inside and outside.
We can offer a solution for single kiosk projects which have failed by bringing together more than one kiosk.

Earthing System

Partition in the concrete kiosks, modular cubicles, ventilation boards, doors, all metal components and mounting principles are connected with potential stabilization busbar.

Interior Lighting and DC Feeding

220V AC internal lighting in all compartments of concrete kiosks will be arranged at the level of 250 lux light. When the AC feed cut, the  emergency cables for luminaries become a part of an activity and provide interior lighting. 24 DC voltage which is necessary for protection, command and measurement equipment in kiosks is provided with the group of maintenance-free accumulator redressor. In 110-volt systems, a different group of maintenance-free accumulator redresser is needed.
